Calibus provides a complete service to its clients, predominantly analysing the historic accounts of businesses going back up to six years and calculating the amounts which may be claimed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (“the Act”). Calibus can then pursue and collect the money owed.

The service provides a one-stop solution to identify, pursue and collect monies which might otherwise be unidentified and un-realised.

> Analysis

Using bespoke software to directly access a company’s account’s data, Calibus experts can quickly interrogate the financial data to calculate all the amounts a Company may be entitled to claim under the Act. A profile report is produced which provides a summary of debtors and the relevant amounts due which Calibus experts can then discuss with the client in order to decide which debtors are to be pursued.

> Pursuit

Once all debtors are confirmed, Calibus experts will meticulously and vigorously pursue all debts using the full force of the Act. All letters, records of payment and progress reports will be logged and recorded within the Calibus system as part of the Quality Assurance Procedures.
